The EB 80 Wireless Module, code 02282S20, is now available.
 
The new EB 80 wireless module, inserted in an EB 80 island, allows both Bluetooth^® and Wi-Fi communication, allowing you to view the data made available by the EB 80 advanced diagnostic functions, called EB 80 I4.0.
In this way, in addition to the diagnostic information concerning the island itself (alarms, number of cycles, intervention thresholds), it is also possible to monitor the behaviour of the actuators connected to it (translation times, delays, ...).
 
These functions provide traditional maintenance with a powerful analysis tool, to ensure reliable, safe and long-lasting operation of the production units.
 
The new module can be added at any time, like other electrical modules; for correct operation, obviously, it is necessary to update the island firmware.
 
With the release of the new module, the dedicated APP (Metal Work EB80Up) gets available, which allows the viewing of diagnostic and operating data, as well as the setting of network parameters.
